Week 2 Mini Challenge #1: The Sweaty Selfie

  • This will help keep you committed to working out for the next 7 days
  • You will empower someone else in the group that may have wanted to take the day off
  • Stepping out of your comfort zone is where the magic happens and will always have a positive impact on your day

Week 2 Mini Challenge #2: The No Phone Challenge

  • Do not use your phone for at least 2 hours after you wake up
  • This allows you to create some private time in the morning to dedicate for yourself
  • Keeps your mind clear and helps you focus on your top objectives for the day
  • If you ABSOLUTELY need to use your phone (ex: work/family reasons) then only use it for that. No social media or apps.
