Do not use your phone for at least 2 hours after you wake up
This allows you to create some private time in the morning to dedicate for yourself
Keeps your mind clear and helps you focus on your top objectives for the day
If you ABSOLUTELY need to use your phone (ex: work/family reasons) then only use it for that. No social media or apps.
