Take out a sheet of paper and physically write out a BIG goal each day of the week for this week. Not a short term goal but a long term goal.
Make sure you start it by saying " I AM going to.... by this time next year" or "I WILL... in 90 days". Do not start your goals with the phrase "I want to...".
Put your goals some where you can see them daily to remind yourself.
