Week 3 Mini Challenge #1: The Goal Sheet

  • Take out a sheet of paper and physically write out a BIG goal each day of the week for this week. Not a short term goal but a long term goal.
  • Make sure you start it by saying " I AM going to.... by this time next year" or "I WILL... in 90 days". Do not start your goals with the phrase "I want to...".
  • Put your goals some where you can see them daily to remind yourself.
  • To hold yourself even more accountable, please post a photo of your written out goals inside the private Facebook group.
